The Board of Directors, elected by the Association members, manages the association. The Board is assisted by a professional property management company, Impact Association Management

The Cedar West Board consists of all owners that reside here in the community. An annual meeting is held each year is to provide the previous year's activities, a financial report, and the plans for the upcoming year. Also at the annual meeting, the association has the opportunity to elect members to the board. All owners are urged to participate in the affairs of the association. The annual meeting is not open to renters. 

The Board of Directors consists of members elected by the owners. The Board elects its own officers – a vice president, a secretary, and a treasurer. The Board is responsible for the management of the business affairs of the Association, including establishing the common areas, expenses and any special assessments necessary for repairs or replacements.

If you have questions or problems relating to the management of the association, inquiries should be directed to the management company or the Board of Directors in writing.

Board Meetings are generally held on the 3rd Thursday of the month. Please consult the calendar below for specific dates.

If you have issues or concerns that you would like the Board to address during meetings, you must submit them in writing.
